MDI seeks to bring together a wide range of imaging modalities, in well-appointed surroundings.  In this way, all the imaging necessary for a particular speciality is found in one convenient location - so that patients find it all less anxious to arrange and referring doctors are assured of an opinion based on all the examinations.
