MDI Health is looking for a passionate and innovative pharmacist with a strong clinical background to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Pharmacist Lead to join our team and play a key role in supporting clinical operations, sales, customer success, and product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication management, polypharmacy, or ambulatory care, and experience in managed care and account management. This role demands a clinician who is proactive, agile, and capable of managing cross-functional responsibilities while serving as a clinical leader and subject matter expert. This position would be reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, working primarily with our Operations and Clinical Research and Development teams, and involves a variety of responsibilities (listed below) with the opportunity for growth as the position and organization evolves.

What you’ll do:

Sales & Customer Success

  • Participate in or lead sales calls and product demonstrations to convey clinical value to prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials from a clinical perspective.
  • Support account management teams with clinical insights and guidance, fostering strong relationships with clients.

Clinical Operations & Project Management

  • Serve as the clinical lead for client onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based implementation.
  • Develop, maintain, and update clinical training materials for external stakeholders.
  • Provide clinical support for customer-facing teams, including responding to client inquiries and supporting client clinical outcomes.
  • Take clinical ownership of key projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with company goals.

Product & Clinical Development

  • Collaborate with the product team to inform clinical requirements and product enhancements.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical users and product teams, translating clinical needs into actionable product features.
  • Contribute to the ongoing clinical development of the platform, including content review, protocol development, and quality assurance.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in:
    • Medication therapy management
    • Polypharmacy care
    • Ambulatory care
  • Strong experience in managed care, formulary management, or population health.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with account management or sales support in a clinical or healthcare technology setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in clinical software tools and healthcare technology platforms.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Google Documents & Spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to obtain registered pharmacists licenses in other states as needed
  • Ability to adapt to working with teams across multiple time zones and locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certification (e.g., BCPS, BCGP, BCACP).
  • Experience working in a start-up, digital health, or healthcare technology environment.
  • Familiarity with clinical informatics, EHR systems, and healthcare interoperability.
  • Passion for innovation and improving healthcare outcomes through technology.

MDI Health is looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend orientation to join our growing team. You’ll work on impactful healthcare technology projects that directly improve patient lives. This is a hybrid role from our Ramat Gan office, offering opportunities to grow while contributing to meaningful products.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (TypeScript) and AWS.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces with React.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Implement integrations with external systems, including healthcare and EMR platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data/AI engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, team discussions, and adoption of best practices.
  • Take ownership of features from design through deployment.

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science from a major university.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend engineering.
  • Solid experience with:
    • Node.js (TypeScript)
    • AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
    • PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Front-End development experience with React.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
